Launching the Awareness Program in Taiz Governorate

The Yemeni Response Council (YRC) launched a training and awareness program today in Taiz Governorate to train volunteers on COVID-19: Detection, Prevention, Response, and Control. The program was conducted following strict precautionary measures to prevent the spread of COVID-19.

The training took place in Cairo District, Taiz, with 20 volunteers divided into two sessions. Preventive measures included physical distancing, maintaining safe spaces between participants, sanitizing the training hall and volunteers, providing disinfectants for all attendees, and ensuring that trainers, trainees, and staff wore masks and medical gloves.
