The Council was established in 7/5/2017 in order to practice the human activity initially in the
Republic of Yemen and we aspire to expand our activities at the regional and global level to meet
the humanitarian needs in normal and emergency situations and we proceed to the exercise of our
humanitarian mission based on our basic values based on four basic beliefs represented in the following:
